- Doctor Who – Mark Gatiss clarifies that the two episodes he’s writing for Capaldi might not be solely for series 8.
- Doctor Who – Two of Doctor Who’s alumni have sadly passed away. Kate O’Mara and Derek Martinus.

- Google – Google Maps Launches a Pokémon Challenge wherein you must catch 150 Pokémon.
- Terminator: Genesis – THR report that Korean actor Byung-Hun Lee will be in Terminator 5. Also cast were Michael Gladis and Sandrine Holt.

- Doctor Who – When Paul McGann (8th Doctor) was asked whether or not he has worked with Capaldi on Doctor Who he responded “Err, no, not yet.“
- Batman vs. Superman – Russell Crowe will not reprise his role as Jor-El.
- Fantastic Four – For the reboot of Fox’ Fantastic Four project, they’re reportedly in talks to cast Toby Kebbell as Doctor Doom.
- Star Wars VII – Sources say that Star Wars Episode VII might take us back to Tatooine. Filming in Morocco on May 14th.

- Doctor Who – The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine reveals that Mark Gatiss will be writing episode 3 and Gareth Roberts will pen episode 6. Paul Murphy will direct both episodes. Episode 3 will feature actors Tom Riley, Trevor Cooper, Ian Hallard, and Roger Ashton-Griffiths, while episode 6 will feature Nigel Betts and Jimmy Vee.
- Doctor Who – Ian Hallard’s Spotlight CV has named his character for episode 3 as Alan-a-dale. This is a name of one the Merry Men from Robin Hood, sparking rumours of a Robin Hood themed episode.
- Attack on Titan – The live action remake of the anime Attack on Titan has casted Haruma Miura to play Eren Yeager.

- Marvel Cinematic Universe – Kevin Feige reveals that Marvel Studios have planned out their movies as far as 2028!
- Guardians of the Galaxy – A certain scene depiction describes villain Thanos to a tee. We may see him in GotG.
- Attack on Titan – Two theatrical compilations of the anime will be compiled. The first “Guren no Yumiga” will cover episodes 1-13, while the second Jiyuu no Tsubasa covers 14-25.

- Captain America: The Winter Soldier – Kevin Feige explains why Hawkeye was a no-show.
- Marvel Cinematic Universe – Scarlett Johansson claims that if the fans really want a Black Widow flick to happen, it’ll happen.
- James Bond 24 – Chiwetel Ejiofor is rumored to be eyed for villain role in untitled James Bond 24.
- Ant-Man – Actor Matt Gerald joins the cast of Ant-Man. He was previously cast in the Marvel One-Shot: All Hail the King.

- Transformers – Transformers 5 coming in 2017, according to a leaked Hasbro slideshow presentation.
- Doctor Who – Steven Moffat teases why the TARDIS doesn’t like Clara.
- Star Wars VII – Rumors claim it may already be filming in Cairo, Egypt! Could they have started in secret?
- Box Office – Captain America: The Winter Soldier is set to reach $270M worldwide by the end of the weekend. So far the sequel is pacing 40% ahead of the first film in profits.
