You may have missed the news, especially if you’ve been out of touch with the gaming community (which evolves quicker and quicker these days), but here’s 18 minutes worth of footage you do not want to miss. But before we get to the crux of the matter, The Elder Scrolls Online is something fans of the Elder Scrolls series have been clamoring for for years now. It’s a massively multiplayer online game set 800 years before the events of TES III: Morrowind, and TES IV: Oblivion. The game is already available to purchase for your PC or Mac, and will soon be available on the Playstation 4 and XBOX One at the end of June.
Below are three cinematic trailers (high quality CGI renderings of the game, as apposed to true gameplay) that when played in succession make up a cohesive short movie roughly 18 minutes long. It’s very cool. I had seen them separately previously but Kotaku realized they joined together. Enjoy!
