- Doctor Who – Hermione Norris to guest star in Doctor Who series 8, in an episode that will be penned by newcomer Peter Harness and filmed at Lanzarote, the same location that the Fifth Doctor went in Planet of Fire in 1984.

- Doctor Who – The omnirumour (or the many accounts of people claiming that presumed missing Doctor Who material is now extant) has sparked ultrafan, and former episode-hunter, Ian Levine to take things extremely personally and rants about Phillip Morris hoarding them all.
- Doctor Who – Big Finishes ‘Dark Eyes 3’ an Eighth Doctor audio drama featuring Paul McGann begins filming.
- Transformers: Age of Extinction – New poster released.
- Batman vs. Superman – Zack Snyder teases the new Batmobile underneath a tarp and states that he may pull the tarp back tomorrow.
- Aquaman – Jason Momoa laughs off any rumors of him playing the role.
- Comic Books – Spider-Man dethrones Batman in number of comic sales for the month of April.
- Fantastic Four – Unlikely to share a universe with Fox’s X-Men franchise.
- Edge of Tomorrow – Check out the new Edge of Tomorrow trailer for IMAX, that explains why they continue to reset.
- Doctor Who – The Twelfth Doctor’s Radio Times cover debut is nothing we haven’t already seen. Literally.
- Marvel Cinematic Universe – Marvel is planning on making Daredevil television show like it were a movie.
- Books – Nnedi Okorafor’s latest SciFi novel Lagoon shows a very messy take on a “first encounter”.

- X-Men – Gambit officially to be played by actor Channing Tatum.
- Attack on Titan – Check out the coolest iPhone case in all of history.
- The Santa Maria, one of Columbus’ three flagships has been found off the coast of Haiti.
- Agent Carter – ABC announces their lineup plans, and it looks as if Agent Carter will air in between the Fall and Spring runs of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
- Batman vs Superman – Our first look at Ben Affleck in the batsuit. Batmobile in the background.
- Gambit – (Played by Tatum) will apparently be introduced in X-Men: Apocalypse and then get his own solo film.
- X-Men – Lauren Shuler Donner talks retconning X-Men: The Last Stand and gives us an update on Deadpool.
- Star Wars Episode VII – Denis Lawson will not be rejoining the cast as Red Leader Wedge Antilles, stating “They asked me, but it just would have bored me.”
- Harry Potter spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them gets a release date for November 18, 2016.
- X-Men – James McCavoy thinks the X-Men could beat up the Avengers. Ha.
- Jurassic World – Bryce Dallas Howard has real-life scare on set of the film. Spoilers.
- Attack on Titan – Draws major viewing figures on its debut on Cartoon Network. Almost 1.5M.
- Star Trek 3 – Roberto Orci to direct, officially.
- Geekritique – Changes its rating scale from a ten-point scale to a hundred-point scale.

- The Flash – To air at 8pm on Tuesdays, before Supernatural.
- Arrow – The official description of season 3 teases at what’s forthcoming. Spoilers.
- Marvel Cinematic Universe – Stars bond together to try and grant a dying fans last wish.
- The Flash – New images surface for the pilot episode. Grant Gustin suits up.
- X-Men – The series is full of plot holes and inconsistencies. Bryan Singer wants you to ignore them.

- The Flash – The Arrow will make a guest appearance in the pilot episode.
