The teaser trailer for the upcoming LEGO Batman Movie (2017) was released on March 24th. Here it is:
After his astounding success in The LEGO Movie (2014), Lego Batman is back (in black… and yellow). The trailer has the funny style of The LEGO Movie and other LEGO video games, and explores another side of Batman. Is the jokey Batman going to be able to pull off his very own feature film? I think so, given the surprising amount of praise he has been receiving for his first appearance and the popularity of superhero movies.
What do you think about it? Is everything going to be awesome in The LEGO Batman Movie?
[Update] A superhero as unique as LEGO Batman deserves two trailers in one week, so here’s the second teaser trailer for The LEGO Batman Movie:
As if we were not excited enough, this new trailer fools us by starting off pretty emotional, but then resumes the usual joyful mood of LEGO. Personally, I am really looking forward to this movie!
NaNaNaNaNaNaNaNaNaNaNaNa… LEGO Batman!

So excited for this! 😀
Wish it was coming out sooner!

…hate me for this, but I am instantly more excited for this than any Justice League stuff that WB comes out with in the future.

This was the best preview they showed when I saw Batman V Superman, seeing this on opening day.

How was BvS? Did you like it? (I haven’t seen it yet)

I enjoyed it a lot more than i thought I would. By no means is it a great movie but I don’t think it’s as bad as a lot of the critics are saying it is. Affleck did a decent job at batman and if they did a stand alone film with him i think he could get the job done. I have my fair share of complaints about the movie but i dont wanna spoil anything, All in all it did just enough to keep me entertained throughout. I dont like doing ratings but if i had to I’d say it’s about a 6.5 or 7 out of 10.

I think the Lego movie had some really intelligent humour so I can see them having a ton of fun in this film and I, as a 22 year old man, could not be more excited to see this. Hats off to them for making me feel like that.

For me, that’s when an animated movie is truly great: when it is enjoyed both by kids and by adults. The LEGO Movie was very good and there’s no reason this one wouldn’t be. I get your excitement.

Pixar are the best at this of course but I found Lego movies humour refreshing. I absolutely know they are going to spoof batman vs superman in some way and that will get big laughs from me.

I saw this right before Batman v Superman. Having now seen the latter, I expect Lego Batman to be far superior.

Definitely hoping it will. Haven’t seen BvS yet, but from what I’ve heard, it is not too good. Is that correct?

I posted a review on it, but if you haven’t seen the movie I wouldn’t read it, because of spoilers. But I gave it a 6.7/10, so yeah. It’s okay.
