Next month is set to start the Summer moviegoing season off to an incredible start, with Captain America: Civil War arriving May 6th. But riding on Marvel’s tail is the highly anticipated 6th main entry in the X-Men series, X-Men: Apocalypse on May 27th. Oddly, it will battle the other high-profile, though arguably less anticipated, film, Alice: Through the Looking Glass. What are you more likely to watch opening weekend?

This trailer was much better than the previous one. And I just noticed both movies open on the same day.. I love the X-Men movies but I’m more excited to see the Alice movie first.

Definitely seeing this but I’m disappointed by the tease at the end of the new trailer. It’s like they think they can’t do a film without him!

I have a feeling that’s actually wolverine breaking out of the weapon X facility, as it lines up in the 80s. So it could be a cameo done right.

Definitely agree. The last trailer was a bit of a let down. Now I’m much more excited!
