Did you catch it? On yesterday’s episode of Doctor Who, Mummy on the Orient Express, English pop singer Foxes performed a cover of Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now. Of course, it was prerecorded and all, but it was a nice touch of jazz for the 20s-themed space-train.
During the episode we only got to see/hear a brief snippet of the cover, so here’s the full version in the form of a music video, with clips from all over series 8, including episodes we’ve yet to see (namely In the Forest of the Night).
Decent song and some intriguing clips here, cameos from non-actors always make me nervous, but Foxes fitted in nicely within the last episode.

That was fab. Great song, lovely to see a different take on it from Freddie’s. Loved the mix of clips as well – nicely done!

That was pretty good. If it isn’t representative of what this singer normally does, she ought to do more of this.
